Chived mashed potatoes

½ | cup | Milk or light cream |
1½ | cup | Instant mashed potato flakes |
⅓ | cup | Sour cream |
¼ | cup | Finely chopped parsley |
3 | tablespoons | Freeze-dried chives |
1 | Egg, slightly beaten |
Directions
1. Combine water, salt, pepper and butter in a deep, 1½-quart heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole.
2. Heat uncovered, in Microwave Oven 4 minutes or until mixture boils.
3. Add milk.
4. Stir in potato flakes with a fork.
5. Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended.
6. Heat uncovered, in Microwave Oven 3 minutes or until heated through.
