Garlic-chive mashed potatoes

| 4½ | cup | Yukon Gold or baking potatoes, peeled and cubed |
| 6 | larges | Garlic cloves, peeled |
| ⅔ | cup | 1% milk |
| ½ | cup | Plain low-fat yogurt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | cup | Chopped fresh chives |
| Whole chives, optional | ||
Directions
Place cubed potatoes and garlic in large saucepan and cover with water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer 15 minutes or until tender; drain well.
Return potato and garlic to saucepan. Add milk, yogurt and salt; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until mixture is smooth. Add chopped chives and stir well. Garnish with whole chives, if desired.
