| 1 | can | Tomatos (lg. can) |
| 2 | cups | Tomato sauce |
| 1 | x | Salt to taste |
| ½ | cup | Sherry |
| 1 | cup | Red wine |
| 1 | x | Oregano, bayleaf, pepper |
| 1 | x | Sweet basil, fresh garlic |
| 2 | pounds | Cracked crab, clams |
| 1 | x | Prawns, shrimp &/or scallops |
Directions
Braise onions, celery, chopped garlic & parsley in olive oil. Add all other ingredients except seafood. Simmer at least 1 hour. Add seafood, simmer at least ½ hour more. Serve with fresh french bread and butter. Submitted By LINDA SATTERFIELD On 10-14-94
