Ingredients

1eachOnion, chopped
1canTomatos (lg. can)
2cupsTomato sauce
1xSalt to taste
½cupSherry
1cupRed wine
1xOregano, bayleaf, pepper
1xSweet basil, fresh garlic
2poundsCracked crab, clams
1xPrawns, shrimp &/or scallops

Directions

Braise onions, celery, chopped garlic & parsley in olive oil. Add all other ingredients except seafood. Simmer at least 1 hour. Add seafood, simmer at least ½ hour more. Serve with fresh french bread and butter. Submitted By LINDA SATTERFIELD On 10-14-94
