| 1 | pounds | Cheese tortellini; (Do Not Use Meat) Cook al dente as label suggests |
| 1 | cup | Walnuts |
| ½ | cup | Pinenuts |
| Garlic; minced to liking, ( Iam heavy into garlic) | ||
| 1 | cup | 1% milk |
| ½ | cup | Good quality extra virgin olive oil |
| ½ | cup | Parmeasan cheese |
Directions
SAUCE
In a food processor, add walnuts, pine nuts, and garlic process to coarse.
Slowly add olive oil, while machine is running. Process a few seconds, pulse...... Add the milk and the parmeasan, until smooth. Toss with the tortellini, and pass extra parmeasan.
