Chinese style salad dressing
1 Cup
Ingredients

| ⅔ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 2½ | tablespoon | Sugar |
| 2 | teaspoons | Ajinomoto |
| Dash of pepper | ||
| 4 | tablespoons | Vinegar |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salad oil |
| 1 | teaspoon | Sesame see oil OR |
| ¼ | cup | Sesame seed |
Directions
Mix all together in bottle and shake well. Fry long rice or won ton pi cut in strips; pour dressing over tossed salad and add long rice, or won ton pi and toss. Serve immediately.
