Chinese lemon chicken nuggets

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Fresh lemon juice
¼ cup Oil
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
½ teaspoon Paprika
4 \N Chicken breasts halves; boned & skinned
1 cup Flour
\N \N Oil for frying

combine lemon juice, oil salt paprika & pepper in a mixing bowl, mix well.

Cut chicken into 1" (one inch) pieces. Marinate in lemon mixture one hour.

Remove chicken from marinade and dredge in flour. Heat oil, fry one minute on each side or until golden brown. Serve with honey, chinese sweet & sour sauce or barbecue sauce.
