Chili rellenos appetizers

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
4Eggs
½cupHalf and half
2tablespoonsFlour
8ouncesGrated Monterey Jack cheese; (2 c.)
8ouncesGrated Cheddar cheese; (2 c.)
2tablespoonsFinely chopped onion
1canChopped green chilies; (4 oz.) drained

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9-inch square pan. Beat eggs; stir in half and half and flour. Blend until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour in pan. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or knife comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes.

Cut in small squares. Serve warm. 25 appetizers.
