Chili pasta pleaser

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¾ cup Medium pasta shells; uncooked
1 can (15 oz) hormel chili; no beans
4 cups Romanine lettuce; shredded
1 cup Sharp cheddar cheese; shredded
1 Red bell pepper; thinly sliced
1 Avocado; peeled, seeded, thinly sliced
¼ cup Green onion; sliced
¼ cup Plus 2 tablespoons french; or catalina salad dressing

Cook pasta shells according to package directions; drain. In saucepan, combine chili and shells. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until thoroughly heated. To serve, place lettuce in serving bowl. Top with chili mixture, cheese, bell pepper, avocado, green onion, and salad dressing.
