Chili fries

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Baking potatoes; peeled and cut into thin strips
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
2 teaspoons Chili powder
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Dried oregano
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
¼ teaspoon Ground cumin

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and toss well. Arrange potato in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 450 F. for 35 minutes or until golden brown. Makes about 4 servings.
