Chicken with onions

Measure Ingredient
4 larges Onions; sliced thinly
5 \N Cloves garlic
¼ cup Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Cayenne pepper; (or more if you like)
4 \N Frozen boneless chicken breasts; (do not thaw) (up to 6)
\N \N Hot cooked rice

Put all ingredients except rice in crock pot. Mix well. Cook 4 to 6 hours on low. Serve over rice.
