¼ teaspoon | Cayenne pepper; (or more if you like) |
4 \N | Frozen boneless chicken breasts; (do not thaw) (up to 6) |

Put all ingredients except rice in crock pot. Mix well. Cook 4 to 6 hours on low. Serve over rice.
