Chicken wings barbecued indian-style

Measure Ingredient
16 Chicken wings
1 cup Plain yogurt
2 tablespoons Lime juice
1 teaspoon Garlic, crushed
½ teaspoon Chilli powder
½ teaspoon Cardamon, ground
¼ teaspoon Cumin, ground
¼ teaspoon Black pepper
¼ teaspoon Cloves, ground
¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
pinch Nutmeg
Salt to taste

MARINADE

Prepare marinade.

Prick 16 chicken wings all over with a fork or sharp knife and mix into the marinade, Leave at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
