Chicken santa fe (buckwheat)

3 cups Kasha -- cooked(any
\N \N Granulati
1 can Green chilies, diced -- 7oz
2 cups Chicken, cooked -- cut into
1½ cup Cheddar, shredded -- 6 oz
\N \N Bite-size pieces
1 cup Salsa -- bottled Mexican
½ cup Onion -- diced
½ cup Nacho chips -- crushed

Prepare kasha according to package directions. Preheat oven to 350d. In large bowl, combine chicken, kasha, onion, chiles, ¾ cup cheese and salsa. Pour into a well-oiled 9-by 13-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and nacho chips. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
