Chicken ring

3cupsCut up cooked chicken; (up to 4)
1cupSoft bread crumbs
½cupCooked rice
½teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonPaprika
cupChopped pimiento; (2 Tbsp.)
2Eggs; OR 1/2 cup Egg BeatersĀ® 99% egg substitute
cupSkim milk
1canCream of mushroom soup; undiluted

Directions

Mix all ingredients togethe and pour into a ring mold. Bake in pan of hot water at 350 F. for 30 minutes or until set. Unmold on platter. Pour on heated undiluted cream of mushroom soup to serve. Serves 6. MC formatting by bobbi744@...
