Measure | Ingredient |

1 \N | 3-lb chicken; cut into 4 parts, chicken beasts or legs |
1 large | Onion; chopped |
1 \N | Clove garlic; minced |
¼ teaspoon | Thyme |
¼ teaspoon | Marjoram |
½ teaspoon | Rosemary |
\N \N | Juice of 2 lemons |
1 tablespoon | Paprika |
6 tablespoons | Olive oil |
1 tablespoon | Grated lemon rind |
\N \N | Salt and pepper; to taste |
MARINADE
1. Wash pieces well.
2. Combine the ingredients for the marinade.
3. Marinate chicken overnight
4. Cut squares of parchment paper or foil and place 1 piece chicken into each, pour 1 tbs marinade on top and close paper in such a way as to leave some space between the chicken and the paper.
5. Bake at 375 F ( preheated) oven for 55 minutes.
