Chicken honey nut stir fry

| ¾ | cup | Orange juice |
| 2 | tablespoons | Oil, vegetable |
| 2 | larges | Carrots, diagonally cut |
| ⅓ | cup | Honey, liquid |
| 3 | tablespoons | Soy sauce |
| 1 | tablespoon | Cornstarch |
| ½ | teaspoon | Ginger, ground |
| 2 | eaches | Celery stalks |
| ½ | cup | Cashews or peanuts |

Directions
Cut chicken into thin strips, set aside. In a small bowl, combine juice, honey, soy sauce cornstarch and ginger,mix well. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok, add carrots and celery, stir fry about 3 minutes, remove,set aside. add remaining oil, add meat stir fry 3 minutes, add vegetables, add sauce and nuts, cook and stir until sauce is thickened. servie over rice Submitted By KATHERINE WALDEN On 09-28-95
