Chicken cacciatore boboli

Measure Ingredient
-Waldine Van Geffen VGHC42A
1 large 12" or
4 smalls 6" Boboli Italian bread shells
¼ ounce Pk Boboli Pizza Sauce Pouch for each small shell or
5 ounces Pk for large shell
5 ounces Chicken; cook, dice
2 ounces Green bell peppers; diced
1 ounce Fresh mushrooms; chopped
½ ounce Onions; minced
4 ounces Mozzarella; shredded

Combine all ingredients except cheese and shell in a bowl. Spread mixture on shell. Sprinkle top with cheese. Bake at 450~ for 12-15 minutes (5-8 minutes for 6") Source: Boboli Co (wrv)
