Ingredients

teaspoonBlack Pepper
¼cupButter or Olive oil
(can be mixed )
1mediumOnion, sliced
½poundsMushrooms, fresh sliced
1Clove Garlic, minced
12Olives, ripe whole
4ouncesTomato puree OR
1cupCanned
½cupClaret wine or sherry

Directions

Dust chicken parts with flour which has been well mixed with salt and peppe. Saute in butter(or olive oil) until golden brown. Add remaining ingredients, cover, and simmer over low heat for 20-30 mins.
