Chicken and veal loaf

Ingredients

3poundsBoned and skinned chicken breasts; ground
1poundsGround veal
2Whole egg whites
2slicesBread; soaked-water or wine
2Cloves garlic; minced
¼cupYoshida's gourmet sauce
2tablespoonsSoy sauce, low sodium
½teaspoonSalt
teaspoonPepper
tablespoonItalian seasoning

Directions

~-Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

~-Place in loaf pan

~-Bake at 350 for 1 hour
