Beef and vegetable loaf

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Ground beef
¼ cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce
4 slices Bread; shredded
3 tablespoons Instant minced onion
2 \N Celery stalks finely chopped
1 large Carrot; shredded
8 ounces Tomato sauce
1 \N Egg
⅛ teaspoon Tabasco pepper sauce

Thoroughly combine all ingredients; lightly pack into 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 F. 1 hour, or until thoroughly cooked. Drain liquid; let stand 10 minutes before slicing.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
