Chicken and sausage bake

| 1 | pounds | Sweet italian sausage |
| 1 | each | Pepper, sweet -- green |
| 16 | ounces | Tomatoes |
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Lightly saute chicken (cut into serving pieces) and sausage (cut into 2 inch pieces) in a large oven proof casserole until browned. Add tomatoes, garlic, and green pepper (cut into chunks). Bake, covered, 1½ hours, or until broth is somewhat reduced and chicken is tender.
