Chicken & ham soup ^

Ingredients

5cupsClear chicken stock
½cupWhite wine
2slicesMild cooked ham, fat removed and shredded
½cupLightly cooked fresh peas
1tablespoonChopped fresh tarragon OR-
½teaspoonDried tarragon
1tablespoonChopped parsley

Directions

Heat chicken stock in large saucepan. When stock is hot, add wine, ham, peas and tarragon. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
