Chicken & ham soup ^

Ingredients

| 5 | cups | Clear chicken stock |
| ½ | cup | White wine |
| 2 | slices | Mild cooked ham, fat removed and shredded |
| ½ | cup | Lightly cooked fresh peas |
| 1 | tablespoon | Chopped fresh tarragon OR- |
| ½ | teaspoon | Dried tarragon |
| 1 | tablespoon | Chopped parsley |
Directions
Heat chicken stock in large saucepan. When stock is hot, add wine, ham, peas and tarragon. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
