2 \N | 14oz Cans Chicken Consomme |
1 \N | Skinless Chicken Breast fillet, cut into thin strips. |
1 tablespoon | Cornflour |
2 ounces | Peeled Prawns, thawed if using frozen. |
1 \N | Clove Garlic, peeled and chopped |
\N dash | Soy Sauce |
\N \N | Black Pepper |
1 \N | Egg, Beaten |
Heat consomme in a large pan. Put chicken and cornflour in a polythene bag and shake until chicken is coated. Add chicken to soup and simmer for 10 minutes until tender. Stir in prawns, garlic, soy sauce and plenty of pepper. Just before serving, pour in the beaten egg in a stream, stirring constantly, so egg sets in ribbons Source: Glenys Grimshaw via Chat Magazine
