Chicken & vegetable ball soup ^

2cupsChopped cooked chicken
2Bamboo shoots, cut in very thin srips
4Mushrooms, chopped
2smallsCarrots, finely chopped
1Egg, beaten
¼cupSoy sauce
1teaspoonSoup
4teaspoonsSugar
3cupsChicken stock

Directions

Combine chicken, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, carrots, egg, 1 teaspoon soy sauce and 1 teaspoon sguar. Mix well and form into balls. Bring stock, ¼ cup soy sauce and remaining sugar to a boil. Drop chicken balls into boiling stock; reduce heat and simmer 8 minutes and serve.
