Chicken & vegetable ball soup ^

Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Chopped cooked chicken |
| 2 | Bamboo shoots, cut in very thin srips | |
| 4 | Mushrooms, chopped | |
| 2 | smalls | Carrots, finely chopped |
| 1 | Egg, beaten | |
| ¼ | cup | Soy sauce |
| 1 | teaspoon | Soup |
| 4 | teaspoons | Sugar |
| 3 | cups | Chicken stock |
Directions
Combine chicken, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, carrots, egg, 1 teaspoon soy sauce and 1 teaspoon sguar. Mix well and form into balls. Bring stock, ¼ cup soy sauce and remaining sugar to a boil. Drop chicken balls into boiling stock; reduce heat and simmer 8 minutes and serve.
