Yield: 4 servings
|½ cup||Mango chutney|
|2 cups||Shredded cooked chicken|
|Salt and pepper|
1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling, salted water until tender but still firm, 8-10 min. Drain and rinse well in cold water.
2. While the pasta is cooking, cut the green onions crosswise into very thin slices. Chop the fruit in the chutney.
3. In a medium bowl, stir together the chutney with its chopped fruit and the mayonnaise until well blended. Add the cooled pasta, green onions and chicken and toss until well blended.
