Chewy pudding oatmeal cookies

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1¼ cup All-Purpose Flour; unsifted
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 pack (4 Serve) Instant Pudding Mix, Vanilla, unprepared
1 cup Butter Or Margarine; softened
2 Eggs
¼ cup Sugar
¾ cup Light Brown Sugar
3½ cup Quick Rolled Oates
1 cup Raisins; packed

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream butter and sugars, add eggs Add in flour, baking powder, cinnamon and pudding; mix well. Add rolled oats and raisin; mix well (batter will be stiff). Drop by rounded teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets about 2" apart. Bake for 10-12 min. or until light brown.
