1 teaspoon | Baking Powder |
1 pack | (4 Serve) Instant Pudding Mix, Vanilla, unprepared |
1 cup | Butter Or Margarine; softened |
2 \N | Eggs |
¼ cup | Sugar |
¾ cup | Light Brown Sugar |
3½ cup | Quick Rolled Oates |
1 cup | Raisins; packed |
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream butter and sugars, add eggs Add in flour, baking powder, cinnamon and pudding; mix well. Add rolled oats and raisin; mix well (batter will be stiff). Drop by rounded teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets about 2" apart. Bake for 10-12 min. or until light brown.
