4 ounces | Blue cheese, crumbled |

1 cup | Mayonnaise |
¼ cup | Buttermilk |
2 tablespoons | Minced chives |
1 \N | 1-pint basket cherry tomatoes with stems |
Mash half of blue cheese with ¼ C mayonnaise in medium bowl until almost smooth. Gradually mix in remaining mayonnaise and buttermilk.
Gently stir in remaining cheese and all but 1 T of chives. (Can be pre- pared 1 day ahead. Cover sauce and remaining chives separately and chill.)
Spoon sauce into small bowl. Garnish with remaining chives. Place on large platter. Surround bowl with cherry tomatoes and serve.
