Tomato and brie sauce

Measure Ingredient
5 \N Very ripe tomatoes; (peeled)
¾ pounds Brie; (chopped, with rind removed)
¼ cup Fresh basil; (chopped)
4 \N Cloves garlic; (crushed)
¼ cup Extra virgin olive oil
1 pounds Linguine

Peel and chop tomatoes and garlic and mix with basil and oil. Add brie to tomato mixture and Let stand at room temp. for 2 hours.Cook pasta and serve hot with sauce. Heat from noodles will melt cheese and warm sauce.
