Tomato and brie sauce

| ¾ | pounds | Brie; (chopped, with rind removed) |
| ¼ | cup | Fresh basil; (chopped) |
| 4 | Cloves garlic; (crushed) | |
| ¼ | cup | Extra virgin olive oil |
| 1 | pounds | Linguine |
Directions
Peel and chop tomatoes and garlic and mix with basil and oil. Add brie to tomato mixture and Let stand at room temp. for 2 hours.Cook pasta and serve hot with sauce. Heat from noodles will melt cheese and warm sauce.
