|5 \N||Very ripe tomatoes; (peeled)|
|¾ pounds||Brie; (chopped, with rind removed)|
|¼ cup||Fresh basil; (chopped)|
|4 \N||Cloves garlic; (crushed)|
|¼ cup||Extra virgin olive oil|
Peel and chop tomatoes and garlic and mix with basil and oil. Add brie to tomato mixture and Let stand at room temp. for 2 hours.Cook pasta and serve hot with sauce. Heat from noodles will melt cheese and warm sauce.
