Tomato and brie sauce

5Very ripe tomatoes; (peeled)
¾poundsBrie; (chopped, with rind removed)
¼cupFresh basil; (chopped)
4Cloves garlic; (crushed)
¼cupExtra virgin olive oil
1poundsLinguine

Directions

Peel and chop tomatoes and garlic and mix with basil and oil. Add brie to tomato mixture and Let stand at room temp. for 2 hours.Cook pasta and serve hot with sauce. Heat from noodles will melt cheese and warm sauce.
