Cherry struesel coffee cake

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
5 tablespoons Margarine
1 pack Yellow cake mix
1 pack Dry yeast
⅔ cup Water
1 cup Flour
2 \N Eggs
1 can Cherry pie filling
2 tablespoons Sugar

Melt margarine in sauce pan and set aside. In large mixing bowl, combine 1½ cup dry cake mix, yeast, flour, eggs and water. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Spread dough in greased 9 x 13 and set aside.

In sauce pan combine remaining cake mix with cold melted margarine. To make streusel top, spoon fruit filling over dough in pan. Sprinkle sugar over and then streusel over all. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. When cold glaze. (1 cup 10x powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon corn syrup, 1 tablespoon water mixed.)
