Streusel coffee cake

Measure Ingredient
¾ cup Sugar
⅓ cup Oil
1 Egg
½ cup Orange Juice Or Any Other Juice
1½ cup Flour
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
¼ cup Raisins; optional
½ cup Brown Sugar
2 tablespoons Flour
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
2 tablespoons Oil
½ cup Walnuts; chopped

TOPPING

Combine sugar, oil and egg. Add juice and beat thoroughly. Mix raisins with dry ingredients. Add flour/raisin mixture and beat until smooth. Spread in a greased 9" square pan. Combine ingredients for topping with a fork and sprinkle over batter. Press down slightly. Bake at 375 F (185 C) for 30-35 minutes
