Cherry bomb cookies

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Box cherry cake mix
1 \N Egg
2 cups Cool Whip; thawed
6 \N Maraschino cherries ( or 8); chopped

Mix above ingredients. With teaspoon roll into 1 to 1½ inch balls, drop into bowl of powdered sugar. Roll to coat ball. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees until golden, about 10 to 15 minutes.
