Cheesecake cookies #1

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Flour
⅓ cup Softened butter
⅓ cup Brown sugar; packed
½ cup Chopped nuts
1 pack (8-oz) cream cheese; softened
¼ cup Sugar
1 Egg
2 tablespoons Milk
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
½ teaspoon Vanilla
¼ teaspoon Salt

FILLING

Mix flour, ⅓ cup butter, brown sugar & nuts until fine. Set aside 1 cup mixture for topping; press remainer in ungreased 8-inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350. Mix all filling ingredients. Pour over baked crust.

Sprinkle topping over top & press down gently. Cool & cut into squares.
