Now the world will know how incredibly easy this is, and my reputation will be shot. Well, here goes:
Blend cream cheese with sugar. Add eggs and sour cream and blend well. Add almond flavoring. Pour into 9 in. spring form pan with graham cracker crust (recipe on graham cracker pkge.). Bake for ½ hour in 375x oven.
Shut off oven, leaving cake in 3 more hours. Cool and cover with pie filling.
