Cheese surprise meat loaf

Ingredients

| 2 | pounds | Ground beef |
| 2 | Eggs slightly beaten | |
| 1 | cup | Fine dry bread crumbs |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 | small | Onion, finely chopped |
| ½ | cup | Catsup or A-1 Sauce |
| 1 | cup | Cubed velveta cheese |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
Directions
Mix all ingredients together except for the cheese. Take ½ of the mixture and pat into a loaf pan bringing some of the meat up the sides of the pan approximately ½ inch. Sprinkle the cubed velveta in the center and pat down the remaining half of the meat mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes until nicely brown.
