Yield: 4 Servings
|1 large||Stal celery with leaves|
|1 can||Beef broth|
|½ \N||Stalk pepperoni|
|2 cans||Beans in chili sauce|
|\N \N||Black pepper|
Chop celery into ½ inch pieces. In a large pot, put celery and to cover.
Add pepper, boil until soft. Add broth and beans. Slice pepperoni, add to soup. Simmer 1 hour.
