Yield: 1 Servings
|1 cup||Olive oil|
|⅓ cup||Apple cider vinegar|
|1 teaspoon||Poppy seed|
|1 teaspoon||Prepared mustard|
|1 teaspoon||Onion powder|
|Blend above ingredients in blender until very well mixed if not blended enough this will seperate.|
|1||Head lettuce washed; torn into bite size pieces.|
Toss salad, cashews and ⅓ of dressing right before serving.
This salad does not hold over night. This is a family favorite.
