Cashew lettuce salad

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Olive oil
⅓ cup Apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Poppy seed
1 teaspoon Prepared mustard
¾ cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Onion powder
\N \N Blend above ingredients in blender until very well mixed if not blended enough this will seperate.
1 \N Head lettuce washed; torn into bite size pieces.
1 can Cashews

Toss salad, cashews and ⅓ of dressing right before serving.

This salad does not hold over night. This is a family favorite.
