Cardamon cookies - refrigerated

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Soft butter or margarine
1 cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Ground cardamon
½ cup Sour cream
4 cups Sifted all purpose flour
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Baking soda

Cream butter and sugar until light. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Shape into 2 long rolls 2 inches in diameter. Roll up in wax paper and chill overnight. Cut into ⅛ inch slices and arrange on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake in preheated moderate oven (375 degrees) for 8 - 10 mins.

Makes 10 doz.
