Caramel pudding^

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Brown sugar
3 cups Water
3 teaspoons (rounded) cornstarch
1 cup Walnuts, chopped
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Put sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Dissolve cornstarch in a little cold water, add to syrup and boil about 5 minutes. Stir occasionally. Take from fire and add nuts and vanilla.

Pour into small bowls, cool. Serve with whipped cream.
