Cappucino royale cake

Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Whipping cream |
| ½ | cup | Hot water |
| 3 | tablespoons | Instant coffee |
| ⅓ | cup | Brandy |
| ½ | ounce | Baking chocolate -- melted |
| 3 | Eggs | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Blend cake mix, whipping cream, coffee dissolved in water, brandy, melted chocolate, and eggs in a large mixer bowl, then beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9-inch round cake pans.
Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until center springs back when lightly touched.
