Canta-lime dessert

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Water
1½ tablespoon Liquid sweetener
2 eaches Limes, juice only
4 cups Cantaloupe balls
\N \N Fresh mint sprigs
\N \N Lime slices

Bring water & sweetener to a boil, remove from heat & cool to room temperature. Mix in lime juice & set aside.

Place cantaloupe in four serving dishes & pour syrup over the fruit.

Garnish with the mint & lime slices.
