1 \N | 9\" pie crust Soften |
gelatin in 2 T water- Combine slightlly beaten egg yolks-1\\2 C sugar salt-lime rind-and juice and emaining 2 T of water. Cook over boiling water until mixture thickens [stir constanly] Add softened gelatin , stir. Cool until mixture begins to thicken-. Meanwhile add remaining 1\\2 C sugar to stiffly beaten egg whites and fold in lime mixture Turn in to baked shell.
When ready to serve add whipped creme.
