Cajun corn & shrimp soup mix with recipe

5Vegetable bouillon cubes, crumbled SOUP:
½cupButter
1mediumOnion, chopped
¼cupFlour
1tablespoonSoup mix
3cupsBoiling water
3cupsFreshly scraped or frozen corn kernals
¾poundsShrimp, cleaned
½cupHeavy cream

Directions

Mix: Combine and store in an airtight container.

Soup: Saute onion in butter 3 minutes. Add flour and cook, stirring constantly. Stir in the soup mix and gradually add the boiling water, whisking until the mixture is thick.
