| ½ | cup | Butter |
| 1 | medium | Onion, chopped |
| ¼ | cup | Flour |
| 1 | tablespoon | Soup mix |
| 3 | cups | Boiling water |
| 3 | cups | Freshly scraped or frozen corn kernals |
| ¾ | pounds | Shrimp, cleaned |
| ½ | cup | Heavy cream |
Directions
Mix: Combine and store in an airtight container.
Soup: Saute onion in butter 3 minutes. Add flour and cook, stirring constantly. Stir in the soup mix and gradually add the boiling water, whisking until the mixture is thick.
