½cupCelery -- sliced
¼cupFlour
teaspoonSalt
teaspoonChili Powder
1can(1 Lb) Tomatoes
1can(8 Oz) Kidney Beans drained
½smallHead Cabbage -- sliced
1poundsWeiners

Directions

Melt butter in skillet; add onion and celery; cook until tender. Mix flour with salt and chili powder; stir into onion-celery mixture. Add tomatoes, kidney beans and cabbage. Cover and cook slowly, stirring occasionally, for 15 mins. Add weiners and heat 10 mins longer. Makes 5 servings.
