| 2 | tablespoons | Butter |
| 1 | medium | Onion -- sliced |
| ½ | cup | Celery -- sliced |
| ¼ | cup | Flour |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Chili Powder |
| 1 | can | (1 Lb) Tomatoes |
| 1 | can | (8 Oz) Kidney Beans drained |
| ½ | small | Head Cabbage -- sliced |
| 1 | pounds | Weiners |
Directions
Melt butter in skillet; add onion and celery; cook until tender. Mix flour with salt and chili powder; stir into onion-celery mixture. Add tomatoes, kidney beans and cabbage. Cover and cook slowly, stirring occasionally, for 15 mins. Add weiners and heat 10 mins longer. Makes 5 servings.
