Cabbage & mushroom filling for pierogies

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Cabbage
⅓ cup Water
1 teaspoon Salt
1 large Onion -- halved and sliced
¼ teaspoon Pepper
4 ounces Mushrooms -- stems and
\N \N Pieces
2 \N Eggs; hardcooked -- chopped
2 tablespoons Butter or margarine
