Butter cream

Measure Ingredient
1¾ cup Milk
1 pack Vanilla Pudding; (4oz) not instant
⅓ cup Sugar
2 \N Sticks plus 2 Tablespoons Butter

From: Authentic German Home Style Recipes Prepare the pudding with the milk and the sugar following directions on the package. Set aside to cool, stirring once in a while to prevent the skin from forming. Beat butter until foamy. Add pudding by the tablespoon, beating continously. (To prevent curdling make sure the pudding and the butter are at the same temperature when beating together) You can create your own variations with this cream by just adding your special ingrediants to the hot pudding.
