Buffalo filets

Measure Ingredient
6 Buffalo filets (6 oz ea)
1 cup DEMI-GLAZE
¼ cup Sherry
⅓ cup Heavy cream
¼ cup Red currant preserves

Broil filets. Heat glaze in pan. Add sherry & reduce by half. Add cream & preserves & simmer 3 minutes. Serve over meat.
