| 1 | cup | DEMI-GLAZE |
| ¼ | cup | Sherry |
| ⅓ | cup | Heavy cream |
| ¼ | cup | Red currant preserves |
Directions
Broil filets. Heat glaze in pan. Add sherry & reduce by half. Add cream & preserves & simmer 3 minutes. Serve over meat.
