| 1 | pounds | Brown sugar |
| 2 | cups | Oatmeal |
| 1 | pack | 6 oz Chocolate chips |
| 2 | cups | Sugar |
| 4 | eaches | Eggs |
| 2 | teaspoons | Vanilla |
| 4 | cups | Flour, all-purpose |
| 2 | teaspoons | Baking soda |
| 1 | cup | Pecans |
| 1 | cup | Coconut |
| 2 | teaspoons | Baking powder |
| 2 | cups | Rice Krispies |
Directions
You'll need to start with a big bowl for this one. If this is your first try, you might want to do a half-batch.
Cream butter and shortening. Add brown sugar, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Sift and add the flour, baking powder, baking soda; add oatmel, chocolate chips, pecans, Rice Krispies and coconut. Use ¼ measured cup per cookie or ice cream scoop. Put on ungreased cookie sheet, 6 to a sheet. Cook 15 minutes at 350 F; let cool 5 minutes before removing from sheet. Makes 30-40 cookies.
