Brownie hot fudge sundaes

Yield: 20 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Duncan Hines brownie mix
\N \N Family size
½ gallon Mint chocolate chip ice
6 ounces Semisweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons Butter or margarine
\N \N Cream
8 ounces Cool Whip -- thawed
20 \N Whole maraschino cherries
14 ounces Sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract


Preheat oven to 350. Grease bottom of 13 x 9 pan. Prepare, bake and cool brownie mix according to directions. Cool completely. Cut into 20 servings. For fudge sauce, combine chocolate chips, butter, condensed milk and vanilla extract in medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is hot and slightly thickened. For each serving, place brownie on plate. Top with scoop of ice cream and dollop of cool whip. Garnish with cherry.
