Brown sauce for wild game

Ingredients

1slice onion
2tablespoonsmargarine or butter
2tablespoonsflour
1cupmeat stock
1teaspoonworcesterchire sauce
½teaspoonpaprika
½teaspoonsalt

Directions

Brown onion lightly in margarine or butter. Stir in flour and brown. Add meat stock slowly, stirring constantly, and cook until sauce is thick and smooth. Add Worcestshire sauce, paprika and salt.
