Broccoli with pine nuts

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Bunch fresh broccoli
½ cup Butter or margarine
½ cup Golden raisins
1 \N Jar (2.75-oz) pine nuts
2 tablespoons Lemon juice

Steam broccoli until tender but crisp. Melt butter. Stir in raisins and pine nuts. Saut‚ gently until pine nuts are golden, about 3 minutes. Stir in lemon juice and pour over broccoli. If made ahead and kept warm, do not add lemon juice until ready to serve. Slivered almonds may be substituted for the pine nuts. Yield: 6 servings.
