Broccoli oven omelet

Measure Ingredient
9 Eggs
1 pack (10-oz) frozen broccoli
⅓ cup Finely chopped onion
¼ cup Grated Parmesan
2 tablespoons Milk
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Dried basil
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
1 medium Tomato; sliced in 6 wedges
¼ cup Grated parmesan cheese

Beat eggs with hand beater in 2½-qt bowl until light and fluffy. Stir in broccoli, onion, ¼ c. cheese, milk, salt, basil and garlic powder. Pour into ungreased rectangular baking dish, 11x7 ½. Arrange slices on top; sprinkle with ¼ c. cheese. Cook uncovered at 325* for 25-30 min.
